Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to owner's approval. If approved, customers may return any merchandise purchased from Organiccs Absolutely Pure Supplements, LLC. within 14 days. When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund, and/or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt and/or order number as proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can for you should damage occur. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail us at organiccsabsolutelypure@gmail.com or call us at 1 (949) 707-5785. Give us your name, order number and supply pictures of the damaged packaging and/or item(s) so that we can begin arranging for potential replacement. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift certificates.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
